Creating an account, browsing, posting in the feed, commenting, following news, and normal messaging are free.

Where a charge applies to a purchase, it is shown on the payment card before you approve the M-Pesa prompt. You never pay a fee you have not seen.

Optional paid placement for listings, services and events. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase.

Safaricom may apply its own transaction charges. Those are set by Safaricom, not by Mtaani.

Earnings withdrawals are paid to your M-Pesa number. Any withdrawal charge is displayed before you confirm the request.
